MEET DR. ALEXANDRIA LIGHTNING

Dr. Alexandria Lightning (DNP, APRN, FNP-BC) is a board-certified nurse practitioner, functional-medicine clinician, and breast-cancer survivor who rebuilt her life by understanding the deeper root causes behind hormonal and metabolic dysfunction. Her personal health battles, professional expertise, and commitment to uncovering truth have shaped her into one of the nation’s rising voices in preventive and functional health education for both men and women.

For years, Dr. Lightning watched people—men and women alike—struggle with fatigue, metabolic resistance, brain fog, weight changes, mood issues, and symptoms consistently dismissed or labeled as “normal.” After surviving aggressive breast cancer and seeing the shortcomings of conventional care, she made it her mission to teach individuals what traditional medicine often overlooks.
