These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thehormonehoney.com, The Hormone Honey Academy community and courses, live classes, and related resources (together, the "Services"). The Hormone Honey™ is a brand operated by Lightning VIP PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Educational purposes only, not medical advice

All content provided through the Services, including courses, classes, community posts, guides, and messages, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider. Using the Services does not create a provider-patient relationship with Dr. Alexandria Lightning, Lightning VIP PLLC, or anyone else. Always talk with your own healthcare provider before making changes to your medications, supplements, diet, or exercise, or if you have questions about a medical condition.

2. Our faith-based approach

The Hormone Honey teaches health through a biblical worldview, and Christian faith content appears throughout the Services. Everyone is welcome, and you do not need to share these beliefs to participate. By joining, you understand this is the lens through which content is taught.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account. Memberships are for one person and may not be shared.

4. Membership and payments

  • Access to The Hormone Honey Academy community, including its courses, requires a paid membership.
  • Memberships renew automatically each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
  • We may change membership prices with advance notice. Price changes apply to your next billing period.

5. Community guidelines

We want the community to be a safe, encouraging place. You agree not to:

  • Harass, shame, or threaten other members
  • Post anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading
  • Give other members medical advice or promote unapproved treatments
  • Sell, advertise, or recruit for other businesses without our permission
  • Share other members' personal information or posts outside the community

We may remove content or suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these guidelines, without a refund.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it within the Services. Please do not post private health details you are not comfortable sharing with other members.

7. Our content

All courses, videos, slides, guides, graphics, the 5R Framework™, and other materials are owned by Lightning VIP PLLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, resell, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring messages about classes, reminders, content, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

9. Third-party links and products

The Services may link to or mention third-party websites, products, and services, including supplement and assessment providers. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Every body is different. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of any particular result.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lightning VIP PLLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Lightning VIP PLLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
