Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

The Hormone Honey™ is an educational brand operated by Lightning VIP PLLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit thehormonehoney.com, join The Hormone Honey Academy community, register for a class, or otherwise interact with us (together, the "Services"), and how we use and protect it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you submit through forms, class registrations, surveys, assessments, community posts, comments, and messages to us.

Payment information: membership payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the Services, including community access, courses, classes, and resources you request
  • To process membership payments and manage your account
  • To send you emails and, if you opt in, text messages about classes, content, and offers
  • To respond to your questions and support requests
  • To understand how the Services are used and improve them
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you messages about classes, reminders, content, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Services (for example, website and community hosting, email and text delivery, payment processing, and video meeting platforms), who may use it only to provide services to us
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our members, us, or others
  • In connection with a business transfer, such as a reorganization or sale of the brand

Content you post in the community can be seen by other members. Please do not post personal health details you want to keep private.

5. Education, not medical care

The Hormone Honey provides health education. Information you share in the community, in classes, or through forms is not part of a medical record. If you are also a patient of Lightning VIP's medical practice, your patient health information is handled separately under that practice's Notice of Privacy Practices.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly without them.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is completely secure. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

8. Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email
  • Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us

Nevada residents: we do not sell personal information. You may still submit a request to opt out of any future sale by emailing us.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
